Efficient Leveling Guides

Why can't I seem to find any good leveling guides for specific races/birthsigns/classes? I understand the importance of doing things your own way in RPGs, but there's no reason why step-by-step guides that explain which race to pick, which birthsign to choose, which class to make, and which skills (major and minor) to level for each character archetype don't exist (or can't easily be found) on this forum, or by typing the right search parameters in Google.

I've spent the last 3 hours trying to find out how I should level my Breton Mage (Atronach) for the highest possible Magicka, and (hopefully) maxed out Intelligence, Endurance, Luck, and most of the major/minor skills that play an important role for a mage.. but I haven't found anything, at all, other than guides explaining how 5/5/5 and 5/5/1 work. I'm not that stupid, but I am intellectually challenged to the point where knowing how to implement an efficient leveling routine is simply something I cannot do without a step-by-step guide, regardless of how much I read up on efficient leveling tactics and whatnot.

So.. help?

birth signs have little or no impact on leveling. breton start out with 50 intelligence and 50 willpower so you could raise both attributes within 10 levels. if you select atronach as a birth sign you won't need to increase willpower.

if you want 100 luck, you need to go 5-5-1. the one being luck. intelligence is easy enough to raise. alchemy, conjuration, and mysticism, go up fast.

if you want to max out your attributes, create a custom class. select luck and endurance as your majors. thus luck to 100 will take 45 levels. doable. it will look funny, take block as major, block won't advance if it isn't used. when you want to raise endurance, find a trainer that increase the armorer skill, you can only pay for 5 increase per level. find a rat or a mudcrab and block their attacks. select blocking as a major skill. but don't block unless you want to level up. if you intend to use mostly magic during combat, select a fighting skill such as blunt, to increase strength. in other words, you select skills for majors that you normally don't use to level up.
