Hey guys,

I'm on the Elder Knowledge quest right now. I'm currently tasked to 'Find the location of an Elder Scroll' and whenever I make this my active quest, it leads me to the College of Winterhold's librarian guy. I speak to him but it appears that any dialogue that I choose won't make me advance to the next stage of the quest.

I've researched about this and some people say that it gets bugged sometimes. They recommend to use the 'setstage' cheat. Apparently, I have no clue on how to use this cheat. Can anyone help me?
