Elder Lyons and Rothchild vanished without trace : Fallout 3

So I am currently playing Fallout 3 and have completed the Broken Steel quest chain and now both Elder Lyons and Scribe Rothchild have dissappeared from the Citadel. Have anyone else experienced this, and is there a way for them to get back(I'm playing on the 360)?

They are most likely hiding somewhere. Try following the quest-indicator to their location.

It is possible for the pointer to be malfunctioning. Or their bodies have clipped through the ground/walls and they could be lost forever.

There is no quests left that involve them, but I supposse it is possible they have clipped through a wall or something. Thanks.
