Hi, so when i first started playing i got the oghma infuim as soon as i could then i killed septimus signus before i did the main quest to get the elder scroll. So now that i want to do the quest it tells me to go to the college of winterhold to talk to urag but when i go to talk to him it doesnt give me the option to ask about the scroll. So i was told you had to talk to septimus first but i killed him so does any one know what to do to get the scroll or where to get the lexicon. i know where the scroll is i just cant get it without the lexicon

You should of already have gotten the elder scroll by completing "Discerning the Transmundane". So you should speak with Paarthurnax instead.
