You drink super powerful expensive perfume? Holy moly, I do not want to try and out drink you.

Hee hee hee, I can't imagine perfume tastes too good.
I did wonder if Telvanni Bug musk was a drink, I thought it was perfume.

It is a perfume but it counts as a Beverage for some reason.

The Battlehorn DLC adds a bunch of new wines. A list of them, their ingredients, and their effects when consumed can be found http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Battlehorn_Castle_Wines. There's also the Shivering Isles http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Shivering:Potions. Has anyone mentioned Mead yet?

Don't think so.
I'll just add that mead is probably the weakest drink in history (traditionally, that is), and cannot be compared to vodka (or any strong drink) in any way.
It is good casual drink, though, or at least that is how it was used in old times.

In fact, one of the major reason behind the rise of alchoholism in Sweden (through 17th to 20th century, that is) was that the mead, which you have to drink a lot of if you want any effect, was exchanged for harder drinks (a lot harder that is), but it was still drunk in the same amount.
Stupid Swedes.

Don't know about this one since it wasn't actually in-game but it gives you a good idea about Valenwood drinks.

The Cup of Passage (from http://www.imperial-library.info/mwbooks/hanin_wake.shtml) appears to be about the strongest stuff on record: "The wake was considered a great success as the beverage killed a great many guests and thus Mordrin Hanin was supplied with companions in the next world."

What if we collected the data on the effects of the different drinks? The drink that craps out your stats with the most negative effects wins! Kill your intelligence/wisdom! Who's got an itemsheet?
