Its a big world out there and i wouldn't be surprised if this all ready exists. Anyone heard of something like this? It sounds pretty cool. A renaissance like fair in the world of ES!

Are you asking about a real world fair base arrownd TES or if the games towns will have a fair as a sating for a quest?

My god, that would be lame. Imagine all the terrible furry-esque Khajiit costumes...
Renaissance fairs are much better. I used to work at one. The required props are fairly easy to make/buy, and the overall feeling is very authentic. I imagine a fantasy setting would be very difficult to pull off well.

Haha that would be awesome if done well. The food stands would have roast mudcrab and guar burgers and venison sandwiches. I would go just for that.

Or bring out his paladin with 18 charisma and 97 hit points and use his helm of disintegration and do 1D4 damage as his half elf mage weilds his plus 5 holy avenger.
