I just noticed, in Prim there is a plate on a power pole-
it reads: TES-04

This must be an Elder Scrolls reference.
TES-04 = The Elder Scrolls IV - Oblivion.

Kind of makes me want to play Oblivion now.

Be cool if someone found TES-05 somewhere in game.

well there is one in FONV too, in Primm.

It's a leftover from Fallout 3, they just didnt retexture the lightpoles is all.
