Elder Scrolls Vl: Middle-Earth

Since Warner Bros sent the cease & Desist letter to MERP, I've been thinking; What if Bethesda was making A Lord of the Rings game? Lord of the Rings totally deserves a good RPG of it. So far almost all the non-mod games based on LOTR have svcked. Bethesda is the master of western RPGs right now. Imagine if they made a western RPG based on Middle-Earth. Heres a few of my ideas (Give yours in the comments below)

*Similar feel and graphical style to Skyrim
*A map about twice as big as Skyrim. (Skyrim did a great job of making a huge province into a 16 sqmile landmass that feels just as big. They same can be done with Middle-Eath)
*The Shire, Rohan (Whiterun and is basically a copy of it), Minas Tirtith, and Helm's Deep. (Mordor probably wouldn't need to be in it)
*Takes place right after Return of the King.
*Races- Dwarves,Elves,Wizards,Hobbits,and Men. (Maybe Orcs)
*LOTR Music- Just Imagine hearing this come on while wondering around the land (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RMInqyumZ3I&feature=related http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_pGaz_qN0cw ) PURE EPICNESS!
*Bigger Battles-The battle for Whiterun was a good start but Bethesda has some potential

I know I don't have much to bring to the table but the idea of an Elder Scrolls style Middle Earth game, but its something Bethesda should consider. LOTR needs justice in the gaming world.

Leave your thoughts and Ideas below.

This doesn't really have anything to do with The Elder Scrolls. And there are already multiple threads about wishing Bethesda making a Lord of the Ring game in the http://www.gamesas.com/forum/18-community-discussion/.
