Look at the date of the article. This rumor is old news.

That said, chances are very very good the MMO Zenimax Online (NOT Bethesda) has been making since 2007 is a TES MMO. Considering Bethesda said in court that the MMO isn't a Fallout MMO.

Old news, and it is beginning to sound like a false rumor. If they're aiming for a 2011 release, they probably would have announced something by now.
