I'm thinking of buying ESO for my steam account because of the sale going on right now but i might be buying a new computer soon, the question i have is will i be able to transfer both the game download and my account to that new computer.

Also i'm wondering if anyone can help me out with the system requirements for the game. On this computer i'm able to run Guild Wars 2 perfectly fine(if anyone plays that) but my specs are at minimum for the system requirements and i wish to receive full enjoyment from the game without having to worry about lag.

I'm really sorry that i posted in the wrong forums, i couldn't find anywhere i can receive help from this game. If anyone knows where the right forums or what the eso support email address is please let me know p.s. I haven't bought the game yet and the Steam Discussion for this game requires you to own the game.
