Any chance we could get the Elder Scrolls 1 & 2 remade for, Xbox Live Arcade, PSN etc. ?

I'm thinking 'no.' Bethesda has already released both games free to download, and I'm pretty sure they won't be taking any more time to do anything with them.

Anything is possible, but it's very unlikely. Any computer can handle Arena and Daggerfall, Arena and Daggerfall's controls wouldn't work well with a console controller, and Bethesda has released both of those games for free.

I would like Morrowind on PS3.

It would be so sweet though, I actually think they could work well with controllers, can't you already play with joystick controls? the bugs, crashes and corrupted saves kind of lowers the chances significantly though.

I don't like it. Anyone's PC should be able to run these games, Bethesda wouldn't make a profit by remaking these games for consoles, and it really wouldn't work well with controllers.

I concur. They wouldn't make enough to cover their publishing/porting costs and would really only take away development from future titles.
