That there is going to be an TES game released this year now I'm jumping to the conclusion that it's going to be an expansion to Skyrim but there's very little information on it and I and myself and probably everyone else are very curious as to what this is.

Well, I'd just say that Wiki screenshots as proofs are quite funny. Any troll can edit a wiki page and spread bad rumors. And I don't believe that Wikipedia would be the first place where Bethesda would share information like this one.
