Elderscrolls 5 announced, Topic 3

Post » Fri May 27, 2011 10:02 am

elderscrolls.com is down for updates, I'm guessing. The music for the trailer was interesting because you could kinda make out Reign of the Septims near the end of it.

Again, that's the Elder Scrolls Theme. That motif has appeared in Morrowind and Oblivion (as you noted) before this.

You won't have to wait long to start pre-ordering

Oh that's wonderful news. I really want the CE version, though I think it won't be available here on Brazil. Well, at least we have Steam. Please, don't use Games for Windows, use Steam just like you did with FNV :D

Can't wait to pre-order;

So would it be safe to assume that we'll have a dedicated TESV section by tomorrow or Monday?

Never mind the moderators who came to squelch the flames, spam and off topic mess some of them were. :obliviongate:

Yeah, let's stop thanking people just for speculating. The Mods deserve the real thanks for keeping things orderly, as well as the devs for silently working on their awesome project for so long.

Slow down... we just announced the game. :celebration:

You'll let us know when, on here, right? Will there be enough Nordic claymore replicas to go around? :P

I've got to get the best edition possible.

I would just post hundreds of smileys in a row, but I'm not sure how that would go down with the mods. :celebration:

This is Gonna be great! I guess we should now expect loads of content on their website, which is right now pitch black and seems to be under maintenance. Todd did say when they showed it they wanted to show a lot.

The mods do an awesome job of keeping us on topic. Not that I have EVER been off topic.

I did give my love to Todd, Pete and the rest of the staff.

Love the mods too.

But our speculators kept us wondering, thinking and searching. Just saying!

So LOVE to all. More love when it's released though. :celebration:

You won't have to wait long to start pre-ordering

Great news! I'm going to wait to see whether the release date advertised is worldwide or just for the US, alas it would be unusual to have the game released the same day both sides of the Atlantic, we in the UK usually get tortured for a few days while our brothers over the pond are playing but we aren't. Many will also need to see firm minimum/recommended PC specs before committing to a pre-order - so although this is good news there are plenty of folks that will have to wait a bit for that information before committing to buying it - the sooner those details are able to be released the better it will be for pre-sales I am sure.

Anyway, it's all looking good and I am happy just to have confirmation that the game is on the way :liplick:
