Alright, so we know that the Augmented perks from the Destruction skill tree benefit the Fire/Shock/Frost/Chaos weapon enchantments. To my knowledge this is dependent on whether you have that perk when you enchant the weapon, and not whether you have the perk when you're attacking (correct me if I'm wrong). My question is, does your Destruction skill level, whether it be 15 or 100, affect the strength of the enchantment when you are enchanting the weapon or attack with it?
