Elemental Hand-to-hand

I have searched for mods and the forums for anything about being able to have my characters hand to hand to elemental damage but havent found any. Can anybody lead me to anything like this

Scripted Spells by Cortex has spells like these, that imbue any of your strikes (hand to hand, or weapons) with an additional elemental effect.
