The dingy market looks superb.

Thanks :D

I don't think it looks particularly red guardish but there's not an awful lot I can do with the vanilla meshes except retextures. Maybe one day, hopefully there will be some more redguardish architecture that I can replace my meshes with.

Are you still working on this?and redguard buildings are like anvil's so for that all you need to do is change it a little.

Wow, this looks really good. I do have a point to make though: you might want to consider changing the type of stone of the houses to something else, maybe less "Jerrel Mountains", that would also differentiate your houses more from Vanilla ones.

I would actually put some low walls between the lower class quarter and the middle / upper region... Keep them in their place, in the mind of the city's rulers.

I'll keep that in mind. Do you mean just the normal stone walls?? There is already a sort of wall between the middle and lower when you enter the city, in that the only was you get to the middle is to go up the path on the right, and the wall gets high enough to keep those pesky beggars away :P

@Sigurd find me the texture you think would look good and I'll consider it :D

I've looked at that tileset but didn't think it really fit.

So sticking with what I've got :D

When you consider the difference between city architectures in Cyrodiil, I don't think there would be a "Hammerfell architecture" that pervades the whole province there either.

Bruma borrows Nord influence across the border and I'd expect Elinhir, and Falkreath its Skyrim neighbor, to look similar to Bruma. Jerall Mountain stone is still the local material in any of them, and the wood's the same too.

However all the Cyrodiil castles are similar, even the one in Cheydinhal, where Indarys is Count, with only a bit of variety creeping in in the turret and roof lines. Is that due to Castles being just functional, with style an afterthought, or is there a province-specific style for them? You choose. i think either conclusion is valid.

At the moment I'm having to settle for the function rather than style approach, but only due to a lack of suitbale meshes :(
