As the title says, I am using the above plugin, along with obse v 20, and people without dialogue from mods are not having their subtitles pop up automatically as they should. The mod DID work when I first installed it, but after installing numerous other mods, this mod's functionality seems to have disappeared. Does anyone have a clue as to the rhyme or reason that would happen?

I reinstalled both OBSE and Silent Voice; still no go. I am going to "reboss" and rebuild my bashed patch and see what happens. Thanks again for any assistance!

Wait...you are saying the dialog doesn't show up at all? That doesn't sound like an Elys Universal Silent Voice issue. So far as I know, EUSV simply enables voiceless dialog text to remain on-screen long enough to be read, which otherwise would not be the case. Without Elys the text should still appear, just not last as long. Have you installed a mod that alters dialog text, or made changes to Oblivion.ini? In any case you might need to look elsewhere than EUSV.
