Playstation 4, Emogene Takes A Lover Bug:

So I completed the mission Special Delivery and I am now on the quest Emogene Takes A Lover where I get the bugs.

It starts when I go to talk to Brother Thomas at the Charles View Amphitheater where I kill him and get the key to the room at the back of his office where Emogene should be. But when I open the door she is no where to be seen, it then tells me to go back to Cabot House where I originally got the mission. When I get inside Cabot House the marker is inside a room at the third floor of the house, when I try to go in it says I need the key and no matter what I cannot get inside the locked room to continue the mission.

I was gonna reload some autosaves to go back and see if I did something wrong but unfortunately I went off and did other stuff while I was in the middle of this side quest. I also wish that I don't have to restart my game so I can finish this side quest since I have done a lot in the game.
