how the hell do you guys do them ??????like the one where it shows the fallout logo with the guy rubbing it or the one with the flame thrower, or the star wars one with the light saber battle thing.

When you write a message, look above the post box.
Click on the smiley-face.
Then you can scroll through them to the right, or click "show all."

There is a button formed as a smiley face in reply options. Click it.

Like this:

If you are on mobile format (like myself) you can do one of two things: learn the codes for the emoticons, or switch over to desktop format. But if your already on desktop format, then just look above the post box for the smiley face.

An example, flamethrower is :-flamethrower-: (without dashes) and fallout is :-fallout-:, I believe.
