Emotional Moments in New Vegas

So, anything that touched your heart in some way. Whether it was sad, romantic, warmed your heart, made you particularly pissed off at a particular character/faction, whatever.

My first submission, and the moment that gave me the idea for this thread, is the last exchange between Veronica and McNamara during her companion quest.

It made me feel really bad for both Veronica and the Brotherhood. Just the way Veronica drops her snark and gets really soft and sad when she says "we'll die out." And he Elder responding with "I know." He feels like he has no choice but to let the Brotherhood waste away.

Veronica's reaction at the end of her companion quest (Tried it both ways before). Chokes me up every time I play through it.

I also always kill Caesar, which pleases me much.

When I talked to Cass for the first time. As she was giving me her background and her displeasure about the stuff going on in the Mojave, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9lrWx7-PiUM was playing on the radio at the bar in the background.

The feels :sadvaultboy:

Veronica and Cass...Yes, some great writing and voice acting there.

I also though that Caesar was incredibly well done. There were moments when I felt sympathy for the tyrant.

Another "dem feels" moment was when I talked to Boone for the first time too, and finding out how he "rescued" his wife from being a Legion slave...
