Emotional Quests.

Killing Mr House was one of the big moments in the game I think.

Not because I particularly *like* him (though I find his character to be very well realized, both in writing and voiceacting). But there was just this undeniable sense of bad-assery or douchebaggery (depending on what side your character falls on) in how you handle this guy who has done so much, worked hard to realize his dream etc. And then you run in and crush it, unveiling what a pathetic shell of a man he really is. It's very well done overall.

Nothing was that emotional to me really. Boones story and the Ranger guy that shoots himself in the face after giving a minutes speech over the intercom was touching.

I have a heart of stone when it comes to games lol.

The ending slides were kind of a downer, but probably more realistic than could be expected. When you realize that your actions, like those around you, have some unexpected concequences. House, not a bad guy, but he thinks his way is the only way.
Caeser thinks the ends justify the means. The NCR raps themselves in their own Manifest Destiny. And you and Yes Man, well maybe, you don't have all the answers either.

There are always winners and losers, in every struggle.

I felt bad after seeing Deputy Beagle again after I had reprogrammed Primm Slim to be the new Sheriff. I thought it was so great the people wouldn't be taxed. Unexpected consequences is right. I didn't think that the Deputy would lose his job to a machine but he did. :(

Veronica's personal quest. She just seemed so bummed out when it was done... we did our best but couldn't get the Elder to see reason and wound up having to beat a bunch of Paladins to death. It wasn't a happy return for her.

This would probably be mine as well as she was the first follower I found to join me and she seemed like a nice enough kid. However I don't think it really matters how you do her quest it always seems she gets the short end of the stick. Had she asked me too I would have wiped that base out too bad she doesn't go that route.
