So I'm a pretty decent chunk into the game, having saved Primm a few weeks ago (in game time). Wanted to do some gambling, saw online that the Vicki and Vance Casino becomes operational for money-wagering-goodness a few days after getting Primm a sheriff, so I decided to check it out.

I get to Primm, enter the Casino, but its COMPLETELY empty, aside from the robot guy. Wait a few hours, go back inside, still empty. Wait 3 days, still empty. Checked once an hour for an entire day, still empty every time.

What's going on? Was the post I saw mistaken? Does this Casino just become abandoned or something after you save the town?

I've had the same problem, although I was unaware you could gamble there so I just figured the fine people of Primm had gone back to their normal "lives"

Interesting though, is the only time I went in there since intervening with Primm, I was attacked by some crazy folks, the names of which I can't remember but one had a unique name.


15 years ago I could've just blown on the game to make it work right, now I have to complain on a forum or hope a decent patch comes out.

same here, i was trying to find the ncr hayes guy to see if i could help him take over the prison and i was searching all over primm and in the ncrcf with no luck, then i noticed primm had a lot less people... and a lack of the ncr sheriff i elected/asked for
