8:00 am Breakfast =
-12 egg whites with 2 whole eggs scrambled
-1 cup of ezekial cereal with unsweetend almond milk
-1 avacodo
-1 fish oil capsule
-multivitamin
-preworkout supplement (No Explode)
9:00 am 40 min weight training workout followed by 20 min cardio. Weight training will deplete your glycogen stores allowing you to tap in to more stored body fat when doing cardio afterwards.
10:00 am post workout shake
-40 grams of protein
-simple sugars (dextrose) to spike your insilin. This helps drive nutrients into your muscles.
-5 grams of creatine
11:00 am play crysis 2
2:00 pm lunch (post workout meal)
-1 large baked jam
-10 oz steak
-1 cup asparagus
6:00 pm (supper)
-1 cup of steamed vegetables
-8 oz chicked briast
-1 teaspoon olive oil
-one greens powder drink
10:00 pm
-1 cup of cottage cheese
11:00 pm mastvrbate
