ENB Help - Cherry picking effects

I'm not an advanced ENB user, I know the basics of it, how to get it working, and I'm familiar with the terms & effects listed in it. Now, I use http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/1875/?, a lighting & weather overhaul that uses a combination of in-game tweaks (.esp's) with the help of a d3d9.dll injector. Setting up a proxy .dll to use RCRN with ENBoost is a no-brainer, as I need to use ENBoost to have a stable game in the first place.

Now, what I want to do is use some of the enhanced effects from ENBseries without changing the existing lighting in the game. Things like sun rays, reflections, soft particles, particle lights, subsurface scattering, detailed shadows, and hardware based depth of field (later on). Maybe a couple other things under the [EFFECT] header.

Whenever I set up the proxy .dll and start tweaking things, it totally screws up my existing lighting. Even when I enable original post processing and turn off as much stuff as possible. Things just don't look right. Could anyone help me accomplish what I'm trying to do, or is this not really possible without tweaking all of the various lighting values to match RCRN in the first place?

P.S. - This is exactly what I'm using currently, without any tweaks. I've turned off the ENB completely to just use it for the memory optimizations.
