So I have done a fresh install and added some mods, and I am getting a TERRIBLE frame rate, I'm talking slide show here. All major texture mods are the same (2K, official HD textures) though I did add SMIM. But I have yet to add updated body/face mods which I did have installed before. Immersive NPCs and Travelers of Skyrim both installed both times. Same with Climates of Tamriel.

The major difference (at least I think) is the ENB. I went from the Climates of Tamriel ENB (which came with an older version of the mod) using ENB 0.119 to Project ENB using ENB 0.221. Is the performance difference that extreme between the two? Or did I perhaps bork something else up along the way?

I run 1080p with a 660 TI at 1200 mhz core, +350 mhz on the RAM (not sure of base, about 6000?), 3570k at 4.2 ghz Used to get 60 fps no problem, maybe drop to 40ish at some places. Now I'm at a slideshow in the Bannered Mare. Literally 3 FPS. Same with market right outside. I never had an issue there on my old set up. Any thoughts?
