I'd say that all ENB presets released after the memory patch was introduced include it. ENBoost is for those who only wants the memory patch and no ENB effects.

yeah this always confused me...the requirements are off the hook does anyone know exactly what i need and where i can download it at......i think its really complex and that scares me.

What are your specs.

Generally speaking even for the ENB Boost you do want to have a good deal of Ram and decent video card. If you are using bare minimum or at the recommended settings ENB Boost might or might not improve the performance.

ENB Boost needs to be installed in the Main Skyrim folder where the main game launcher is located and not in the Data Folder.
