Post » Wed May 02, 2012 9:22 pm

Well I decided to give the ENB a try along with MGE, I've been searching for ENB version for Morrowind all over the net and I can't find anything, any advices?

Er ENB?

http://enbdev.com/index_en.html

It's something like MGE, but has a couple of stuff that MGE doesn't which I'd like to play around with. Enchances the graphics. I've seen a couple of people using it but apparently different games require different version of nbe and I can't find one so I was hoping to get advice on where can I, or if one of the available ones work with Morrowind too.

It seems fairly obsolete to me these days, most of its features are being covered by MGE now (and without having its shaders affect the menus).

To add to what povuholo said, ENB is entirely obsolete from my perspective. I used it once upon a time before there were high quality shaders available for Morrowind, but so much excellent work has been done in the past few years that I can't see a reason to touch it. Not to mention the performance differences (ENB being much slower) and integration differences (ENB affecting HUD bits, etc).

What you want is MGE XE, a custom fork of MGE that contains some performance enhancements, the highest quality shader list with the simplest instructions that you'll ever need, shadows, alt-tabbing, and plenty of other goodness:
