the newest binaries have new water

it never looks right for me

& many times there is a still image that gets stuck on the water reflection

anyone know the problem? is there a solution?

This is going to be subjective, nobody can help with what does not look right for you ..

After installation also install the specially made ENB textures ( overwriting the originals )

All water mods need to have special textures made for them if they are to be used with ENB water ..

I dont know if any other water mods do, and personally I only use ENBoost without graphical effects, so even though I use Realistic Water Two, I have no idea what the ENB water / ENB Textures setup looks like .. Coming from Isoku though I have no doubt he will have done a very good job.

Or .. disable the ENB water effects in ENBSeries.ini

wait do you still need a water mod?

I thought vanilla would have been fine
