Does anyone know of any good mods that let you enchant your own staffs? as I find it annoying that brilliant staves are hard to come by.
Please don't link me to a mod that requires OBSE, OBMM or something like that, as I'm not a big time mod fanatic, I just want a decent mod.

Supreme Magicka has a module that adds enchantable staves, and while the mod itself requires OBSE, I don't believe the staves module does - it also doesn't make any changes to the rest of your game.
I'd totally reccomend the rest of the mod anyway, though, and think you're quite mad for playing without it
