Enchanted Arsenal is a mod that allows mixing, mashing, and creating entirely new visual enchantment effects for Skyrim, by synthesizing the creative assets of more than a dozen other enchantment effect mods.

You can use this mod to mix & match effects from different visual effect mods that you like, to swap effects in-game, or to design entirely new effects yourself by uniquely combining hundreds of different visual effect components. I think that literally every significant enchant visual effect mod that has been put onto the Nexus is included... all the authors were kind enough to grant permission to be included.

Supports saving/loading presets via http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/48265.

Also has built in support for Enchant Art swapping, meaning that each different weapon type can have different enchant art, and the plugin will load the correct art based on weapon-type. This works both for the player and other NPCs.

Source is included, though it's pretty messy (I just picked this project up again after setting it aside for several months, so the code is a little scattered. I will try to clean it up more for a future version).
