Is enchanted gear still useful after a skill reaches 100? : V

I am playing as a thief/assassin, and I have my sneak leveled to 100. If I am using gear that is enchanted with sneaking bonuses, am I actually receiving any benefits from this? Or is it the case that since my sneak level is 100, I can't receive any additional sneak bonuses?

From most skills yes you get benefits.

However sneak specifically seems to be bugged... there are some threads around that seem to indicated 100 sneak + sneak gear is less effective than just 100 sneak alone.
