Hi. When a player is enchanting an object, each enchantment has a swirling effect in the top right. What controls the swirling effect for an enchantment?

I can tell that each effect in the enchantment is represented. They do combine if you have one or more effects.

Presently, I have a red swirling effect when I'd like it to be blue instead.
