They will use weapon enchantments properly, but what about armor enchantments? Fortify health, fortify health regeneration, fortify two hand etc. Can anyone on pc check?

Yeah, if they're using it, they'll get the effect.

Not all of them work though, carry weight doesn't.

Only way to know is via console.

AFAIK, yes. But they don't preferentially wear them UNLESS they have a higher armor value than the gear they had by default. Which kinda svcks for mage followers - no matter how well enchanted the robe you just gave them is, they wear the one they had the day you met them, or even NOTHING (if you took their default clothing away).
