Enchanting armors possible?

i know enchanting weapons makes the weapon have nice visual effects, fire enchantment adds to your weapon flames effect.

Yep we can. Although I don't know if you can make armor glow or have magic-like effects spiraling around your armor, if that's what you mean.

You don't need a source, Dragonborn1 is one of the most respected people on here, he wouldn't lie, and not to mention everyone else said so, yes we can enchant armor.

Arrows, no.

There is a perk specifically for stronger enchantments on armour, so yes, confirmed.
