Hi all,

just got 100 enchanting and put a point in Extra Effect. So now I′m trying to actually put two enchantments on stuff, but once I′ve done the first enchantment, the items disappear from the list of items that are available for enchanting. How do I put a second enchant on it?

Haha, I had this same feeling. The thing is you can't enchant enchanted items. Use pure non enchanted item and you can select two enchants using only one soul gem.

You have to put two on at the same time. You can't take a pre-enchanted item and put something new on it.
