As the title says, I'd like to know if anyone is still working on http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=24915, and if not, whether anyone would be willing to take it up and work on it themselves (Proper permission being obtained, of course). This is probably the best enchantment mod I've found, and it would be a shame for it to die off without being fully finished. (There were still some bugs and multiple Sigil Stone enchanting was being planned)
