FOFTW If it's possible, there's a circled area near GNR and I think you can see it when you go to head into Dupont to go do the satalite quest... I was thinking you put a standard squad of 10 enclave in thecircle bit or any other area that they can be surrounded at then keep spawning BOS in waves like a 'Horde Mode' or 'Nazi Zombies' and see how long they last (time it or see how many waves) and if you do it by wave make sure you increase it by a set amount each time. If that's not possible, nvm then.

The free version of FRAPS only allows for 30 seconds of recording and records no sound. I'll try WeGame.

na, just flat ground, the variable of the environment makes comprehending the difference in skill and level annoyingly harder.

Disable UAC, download and install GECK, reenable UAC.

Actually, there's an even easier way - just move Fallout 3 out of your program files folder. I suggesting putting it in your "My Games" folder, in "My Documents".

Enclave beats BoS. Better weapons, better tech, Enclave.

The thing is... with the "in-game versus real-life" thing. Armies with superior equipment, transport and supplies have been defeated by armies severely lacking. Even when it hasn't been an entirely guerilla affair. Superior tactics, and knowledge of the land is advantageous... not to mention support of the local populace, which the Enclave never had, nor would ever achieve. So even when occupying a conquered territory they'd have problems.

It's not a clear win for the Enclave in realistic terms. In game terms you're putting high-level NPCs against low level NPCs, which doesn't exactly allow for flair or personal heroism, or great tactics since the AI runs in gunning no matter their skill level. None of them are set to "Cowardly" by disposition, they're soldiers. But nor are they set to "Intelligent Tactician" or "Utilise variant benefits of the team" or whatever, either. Like, supressing fire from Minigun toting BoS whilst Laser Rifle toting BoS try a flanking manoeuvre. That's where the story comes in, eh? To allow for that stuff... and the Enclave lose. Subservient, indoctrinated soldiers with superior weapons, but no real cause beyond subdue and destroy all opposition. Or volunteer, indoctrinated (lol) soldiers with a cause they believe in, and support of the locals. Kinda shakes things up a bit...

Anyway, On Topic The Enclave Easily Beat The BoS In any Fight You Put Them In, I Bet You In
A Flat Plain You Could Make It so Both Factions Had Their Standard Equipment, Laser Rifles, Plasma Rifles, BoS Power Armor, Enclave Power Armor.
And Make It 100 BoS Versus 30 or 40 Enclave They Would Win lol.
