I would like to sea the Enclave return as the "good guys". Say someone found an enclave base, or a surviving eye bot, that was spreading patriotism and the like about the wastes. This person, hearing what the enclave were telling people, that they were trying to recreate the old world and make life better, wants to do that. And so they attempt to recreate the enclave based off what the enclave were saying. The BOS could try to stop this person or group because the BOS knows what the real enclave were and believes that this new enclave is the same thing. The protagonist could be the deciding factor of wether or not the new enclave rise or fall. What do you all think of it and are there any details you would add?

Also, any idea involving unnecessarily bringing back the Enclave for the third or fourth time is a lazy and bad idea in my book.
