Yes, that's why the Cyberpunk Cowboy SMG is still around and a lot of items are listed twice under different names. Don't trust the wiki.

The CC-SMG is a aparently unique version of a base firearm that showed up in a game informer preview.

Granted in all Fairness Wanda showed up in a Vidio demonstration but was never actualy "in" game apart from its ID, file and stats (you needed a mod or console comand to get it) or it may share the fate of the Cryolator and be defacto removed from game.

Granted that creator is somewhat openly hostile to anyone trying to point that out.

It is possible, but highly unlikely.

After all, the ending with the Enclave joining the NCR is only possible if you play as a evil person and killed two of the most influential and important NCR politicians. Which is unlikely to be consider cannon.

Most of the Enclave has relocated to Washington DC as seen in Fallout 3. But I think it is possible that you will see small groups of Enclave survivor holdouts or ex-Enclave officers and soldiers working for the NCR or Brotherhood after they surrendered or deflected to them (The NCR accepts deflected Enclave troops, the doctor in the NCR's capital city in Fallout 2 was a former Enclave scientist).
