Name: Alan James Sutler.
Date of Birth: 15 – 11 – 2222 (55 years-old).
six: Male.
Race: Caucasian.
Skills: Small Guns, Explosives and Science.
Class: Designated Marksman/Special Operations.

Physical Appearance: Stands at a height of 5”11’, lean and athletic. Black/Silver hair combed back in a widow’s peak with a neat black moustache and a pair of eyeglasses; his face is thin and angular.
Personality: A follower of Enclave policy with almost reverent passion, Sutler considers all his Enclave brethren as an extended family; on the flip-side he is entirely apathetic to those outside the nation with a penchant for needless and excessive cruelty and sadism to his opponents (read victims). Even to those whom he is close with however he can be cold and distant, preferring greatly the company of his family and his desk at the Defence Intelligence Agency; he is however largely unwilling to risk the lives of his peers and considers himself to be a “father-to-his-men”.
Weapons: PPK12 Gauss Pistol, Ripper.
Armor: Advanced Power Armour Mk I; well-maintained and peppered with insignia, notably two rows of medal ribbons.
Backstory: One of the dwindling old guard, the Sutler family is a, ancient, sprawling dynasty going back to the Thirteen-Colonies and involved in everything from slaves and privateering, to politics and industry and finally the secretive organisation to which the patriarch Alan Sutler finds himself in the employ-of.
Sutler’s been in the Army since the Oil Rig and seen everything life in the Enclave over the past three-decades had to offer. Like so-many, he was orphaned by the destruction of the Oil Rig, he himself saved by his then involvement in “mainland ops” along with his friends and squad-mates Augustus Autumn and Carl Granite.
When the Enclave moved east at the order of Richardson’s successor, John-Henry Eden, Sutler remained behind with the Navarro garrison and years later defended Navarro against the NCR; fighting for almost a full twenty-four hours, eventually Sutler himself ceded defeat and walked alone across the wasteland to the Enclave’s outposts in Illinois for rendezvous.
Navarro preyed on Sutler’s mind for a long time, haunting his nights and waking moments with visions of his dying compatriots; the horrors were suppressed greatly however by his marriage to Lucy Briggs in the 2050’s and the subsequent birth of his son.
Sutler’s rise in the ranks has been stunted, largely by the efforts of his former-friend Autumn which has left him bitter and resentful – Sutler feeling that he’d make a more effective leader than Autumn. Technically under the jurisdiction of the DoD’s Military Intelligence Agency, Sutler serves in Sigma Squad.
