An Enclave RP

From the two ultimate repositories of Enclave lore comes an RP set in prelude to the events of Fallout 3; you will play as the instruments of genocide and annihilation of calculating President Eden and his insidious right-hand, the Secretary of Defence, Colonel Alan Sutler during the newly imaged events and the Enclave's campaign against the Capital Wasteland. The intention of this RP is to be as lore-friendly as ultimately possible,

This is merely an interest check to see how things go; for starters I will say that there are a few things that have already been determined:

-I and Lt Andronicus are the GMs with the responsibly and authority that entails.

- President Eden's true nature was never a secret, as the legitimate successor to President Richardson his right to govern has therefore already been pre-determined and is unquestionable.
-Loyalty to President Eden personally is ubiquitous to those aged roughly thirty-five and below owing to President Eden's cult-of-personality.

-The destruction of the Navarro base is also common knowledge, Colonel Sutler remains the only confirmed survivor of that engagement.

-Augustus Autumn never existed.

-The arsenals of the entire wasteland has been expanded greatly, anything that Enclave or Brotherhood of Steel personnel used in the previous Fallout's is now available.

-Power Armour works how it's obviously supposed to; in power armour you are faster and stronger: the hierarchy of power armour is-as-was in Fallout 2 though the Brotherhood of Steel field far more suits of T51-b.

-The Enclave used US terminology as they are clearly supposed to, you are personnel of the United States Army and your insignia will reflect as much. The "Enclave" is a colloquialism used inter-changeably with America/US/USA/United States, derived from the Oil Rig (Control Station: ENCLAVE); it does not however exist in any official capacity in the titles of any organisations, units, regiments, departments or what-ever else have you. In-addition use pre-war terminology with regards to place names, the Capital Wasteland, Citadel etc are all post-war terms which would be unfamiliar and dis-respectful to the Enclave; wasteland and wastelander however are suitable catch-all terms for the locals and the Washington D.C. area (it's used in Fallout 2).

-You are uniformed soldiers, whilst there will be some capacity for customisation you are still limited to the canon arsenal of the Enclave from Fallout 2 and Fallout 3; there is no stealth-power armour, no power-armour slim, no custom models of power-armour etc. Officers also wear power-armour in the field for what should be very obvious reasons.

There are two non-power armoured uniforms, the "http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/d/d8/LTC_Ronald_Johnson_official_portrait.jpg" uniform for wearing in the field (but not on duty) is what we know as the "Enclave officer uniform", for back at Raven Rock there is the "http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/3/32/George_W._Casey_2007.jpg" uniform which is what can be seen beneath Colonel Autumn's overcoat (or indeed General Chase's and the General's uniform from New Vegas). Pictures are for reference to what these two uniforms are anologous with IRL.

-Ancillary details include: nobody in the Enclave smokes, synthetic alcohol (ala Vault City) is available but lacks the obviously flavour and content of real alcohol, the typical diet includes cloned vegetables produced from salient green with nutritional supplements. Meat, coffee, tea and other luxuries beyond the scope of what can be produced do not exist; the desire to consume them from the wasteland should result in physical illness and the desire to murder something in repentance.

Character sheets are a typical affair; you are soldiers of the Enclave, fanatical killing-machines who can enjoy a cold glass of synth-beer with your compatriots one-minute and brutally murder an innocene wasteland women the next without second thought or doubt; the will of the President is supreme and his glorious, super-human, leadership and intellect will lead you to victory and the United States into a new age of prosperity. America prevails!

Here is my own CS as an example, the template is below:

Name: Alan James Sutler

Age: 55

six: Male

Race: Caucasian

Height: 5" 10'

Combat Skills: Consistent high-scorer and victory in annual marksmanship challenges, has used a Gauss Pistol since achieving the rank of corporal in 2240 and could assemble one from memory
blindfolded. Though aging, he retains his athletic physique; relatively weak from a strength standing point he has the stamina of a racing-horse.

Non-Combat: A conduit of patriotic zeal, his commitment to his troops and earned prowess on the battlefield entails respect in the same way Eden does adoration.

Rank: Secretary of Defence, Colonel (US Army)

Physical Appearance: The lean and unassuming figure can take more flak than it would otherwise appear. Sutler has a thin and angular face, dominated by a bushy dark moustache and black spectacles; his hair is streaked with grey at the temples and slicked back in a widows peak.

Personality: Stern and seemingly unapproachable, the Colonel carries baggage through his life; he makes noticeably infrequent appearances in public places in a world where community and compatriotship is paramount. When doing so he remains with the senior officers and elderly members of the Enclave, it's discernible from his use of out-dated terminology (still referring to the "mainland" and "mainlander" despite the passage of nearly 40 years) that he lives in the past - in the halcyon days of President Richardson and the looming prospect of the Project. It is known however that, however distant, Sutler loves every member of the Enclave as a member of his family and would do nothing to endanger them.

Weapons: PPK12 Guass Pistol, Ripper.

Armour: Standard issue US Army army service uniform with LAS-009 senior-officers overcoat.

Back-story: Born aboard Control Station: ENCLAVE in 2222 as only son and continuation of the distinguished and ancient Sutler family-line. Alan Sutler refused he political pressures of his father and enlisted in the US Army upon reaching 18 after proving his gift in the field of marksmanship he was promoted to a specialist and then corporal and served with the Oil Rig security detachment the Enclave Control Company under Sergeant Granite.

Sutler managed to escape the Oil Rig before it's destruction from the lower-levels of the facility and would eventually return to Navarro a changed man along with the rest of the survivors; when Eden began his evacuation of the facility he remained amongst the last garrison though the NCR attacked the facility before they were to leave; the battle left Navarro utterly ruined and the survivors of the doomed battle scattered and few, Sutler never found another member of the garrison and after a venture to the wasteland settlement of New Arroyo began his gradually walk back east.

His courage and fortitude impressed Eden upon his return, he was award the Medal of Honour and would enjoy the significant favour of the President as he assailed the ranks; as time passed however he become more reclusive and largely seeks the company of his fellow generation. The return of the Enclave to the wasteland however has brought about the return of something like his old self and, on a tide of zeal, he intends to lead the Enclave into the wasteland.
