Hi, I noticed there are a lot of encounters between raiders/settlers/animals/ghouls/traders/etc that I hear shooting each other in the distance, but every time I get there the fight is already over and everyone is dead. Are these just randomly generated situations that can happen again once everything respawns in a few days or are they missed events that I was just too slow to get to. I am missing a bunch of them because I will either be in the middle of something or multiple gunfights will happen in the distance at the same time and I cant get to both. I feel like all the settlers in the world will be dead without me even seeing them at this rate. I am new to Fallout so I don't know how similar npc respawning is to Skyrim if any at all.
