I just finished the game siding with the Railroad and I am stuck stupid. I get teleported to the top of the mass fusion building, activate the detonator and watch the movie. Then, Desdemona tells me there is still mission to do, go back to the HQ, blah blah etc.... So i try to fast travel back to Sanctuary, and whenever I go to the map, i get a popup saying:"fast travel is currently unavailable from this location". BUT THERE IS NO OTHER WAY DOWN! The elevator that was used during the quest Mass Fusion doesn't work, there is an invisible wall alla round the roof so there is no jumping down. No enemy around, strong back perk is maxed out so i can fast travel when overloaded. So im stuck on the roof of that stupid skyscrapper. Seems like Desdemona is stuck in the same speech fore ver. I think it maybe because i have another sidequest that i was supposed to finish with her but was unable to because when i did that sidequest i was in the last 3 main missions of the game and all she wanted to talk about was the story missions, so i never got to complete Memory Interupted, so maybe the endgame dialogue is conflictiing with the one from that sidequest. I dont know, Im freaking pissed right now.
