Can I ask how if there is a lvl cap in place for the beta?

He plays on the private test server where there is no level cap.

Some streamers like Shoddycast have already talked a bit about Endgame, mostly just confirming that it's great and there's a fair amount to do even without adventure zones and all, but it will be nice to see some actual footage of endgame now this weekend.

He played in the Ongoing beta where people are level 50, and already in ranks.

I know shoddycast has a sorc archer that is ranked 4, and you can find multiple people that are level 50 already

Also there isn't a level cap for us that do not playing on the ongoing beta, just all PvE content stops at 17, you can still level up via Cyrodil.

Also @OP:
There are no raids or adventure zones even in the closed beta, he will be streaming high level content and dungeons, not endgame material.

The closed beta testers do not even know much beyond a reveal about endgame coming in march.
