Hey Bethesda + forum members,
I have just completed the game along with all the add ons, obviously I have not ended the game just yet. There was a glitch near the beginning that caused me to be able to level up one of my S.P.E.C.I.A.L stats all the way to 10. Of course, I did this and continues with the game. As I reached the end of lonesome road DLC, it forced me to level up one of those S.P.E.C.I.A.L stats but I could not as they were all at 10. I have been asking for help for years and have been on many game sites asking for help. I have phoned Bethesda up but I was told there is nothing you can do within 2 minutes of the call. I am incredibly angry and disappointed with the help I have recieved and I would really like someone to answer me.
I am not re starting the game because I have got so far and my playing time is around 90 hours, a little bit sad but it is all I play while my LIVE is off.
I have NOT hacked a single thing and do not even know how to and I will show you some screen shots in the next few posts depending on how this goes.

The only option is you need to restart if you can't continue onward without putting up another SPECIAL stat.
The man on the phone is right in saying there is nothing about that that can be done, you should have restarted when you realised you could 10 everything instead of, effectively, cheating and having it come back to bite you.
Sorry but the only obvious option is to restart and hope the glitch doesn't reoccur
