How do I get into the Railroad alternatively from joining them?

I never joined them when I went in to decode the courser chip.

Now that I'm with the Institute, I can't get back in to eliminate the Desdemona.

There's no fast travel option and the dial on the outside of their entrance doesn't work either.

I have a quest to kill them from bos I'm just gonna go to a earlier save before I go to mass fusion with the institute.

Yes this is one solution for people who have that available save point.
