My game consistently crashes to the desktop at some point during the ending slides. Exactly when it happens varies but I cannot get through them. I'm running the PC version (fully updated due to Steam) on Windows Vista. Is this a common problem? I found another topic on it but no one seemed to have a fix for it. Any luck since then?

Quite frustrating obviously particularly since I had a largely stable experience up to this point.
