so, i just spent 20 minutes writing a long wall of text, when the website's bot decided that i were apparently attempting to hack or something.. THANKS BOT! That's a wall of text gone to waste!
Back to the issue, I've encountered a game breaking bug, that i have only found one solution to so far, and that is reinstalling.
The bug
So, the bug consists of an endless launch cycle, meaning when ever i try to launch fallout 4, be it from the desktop shortcut, the Nexus mod manager's Shortcut, or steam's shortcut, it launches normally, so, the steam "preparing to launch" popup appears, then it disappears and is replaced with the launcher, where i press "play" and the launcher disappears as it should, except, the game does not launch, it comes back with the "preparing to launch" popup from steam, and then the fallout 4 launcher appears again, and it continues in an endless cycle like that. Reinstalling may be a solution, but not really a good one, it takes forever, it takes from 10 hours to two days for me, depending on how cooperative the internet is feeling like being. and it's not a good ration either, I've experience the bug around six times now, and I've only played for 125 hours, so you do the math on how much game time i get compared to installation and download time, not to mention i have to set all the settings and graphics up again.
Leading up the Bug
The bug occurs after i get a CTD, these CTD's occurs at random occasions, twice it happened as i were building my settlement, other times it happened exploring, four out six times, the game weren't modded, the two later ones were modded.
EDIT: Aparently Restarting steam, not my Entire pc worked out and fixed it
