Endurance

Hey, so I've had this game for a long time and have played it everyonce in awhile. I just recently started a new vault and I don't want to the mistake I did with my old one. I always level'd up fast then trained endurance. Now this is hard to not do with every dweller imo.

Do you experienced players get to 35 dwellers without leveling to get the fit room? Then train?

Do you slowly evict dwellers, then repopulate but this time train the new dwellers endurance first?

What I'm basically asking is what is the most affective way to have the majority or all of your dwellers reach the 10 endurance before leveling? Thanks in advance!

I'm in the process of trying about 20 dwellers in all stats. I didn't wait until 35 dwellers, I made enough children to get to 50 while training all the kids in the other stats. Now I'm gradually sending them out to the wastes to level up, then replacing my flawed dwellers with the maxed dwellers.
