dragon-probably will drop dragon scales and dragons horns.
wolves-these will drop thier pelt
zombies-probably lockpick and flesh
will-o-whisps- fairy dust?
vampires- vampire dust and what they are wearing
skeletons-weapons and bonemeal
bear-pelt
trolls-troll fat and troll teeth
spiders-spider web, spider eggs
giants-giant b... never mind.

Shouldn't they just drop whatever they are carrying.

i dont know why a zombie would carry a lockpick, they obviously did in fallout 3

I am not sure about what I expect to find on animal or monster corpses but I just hope they are worth something this time. So many NPCs in past games have told me they are a hunter by trade and make money selling pelts/ meats. But the pelts you get are worth almost nothing. You would need to hunt most of the game world’s wild life in order to make a profit and even then, it would be gone as soon as you brought something. Increase the prices i say!

you could never become rich in oblivion by selling pelts, unless you used a glitch that made that pelt worth a lot more, i think pelts in skyrim are going to be used to make armor.

why wouldn't zombies carry lockpicks, in almost every zombie movie the few survivors lock thereselves in somwhere and the zombies spend several weeks licking the doors.. they probably just got fed up with the cramped conditions waiting outside the shopping mall

yea, its one of those questions, like why do wolves carry money, they're never going to spend it anyways.
